Meet the British Blogger: Virtual Halloween!

Hello fellow Stardollians!

 I'm stormsweet, a user from Britain and so happy to be on a team with all different nationalities here at Your Stardoll Affair. Theres been such a great response and posts from all the users involved and I feel like I'm one of the last to post! Anyway, that doesn't matter too much, what matters is that I'm here, typing away, and ready to get straight into today's post... lets go!

 So Halloween is here, hooray! and I'm so excited to make my costume today, but I haven't really got into the spirit much on Stardoll.The most I've done is buy a pumpkin and a witch's hat. I love Halloween and really get into the full swing of things in real life but never really bother on Stardoll. But that doesn't mean I don't adore looking at other user's medolls and suites, like Xantha007's suite, shes decked out her suite fully in a Harry Potter theme, and I picked my two favorite rooms:

My favourite Disney Characters inspired Stardoll Make up looks: TOP 3

Hi guys, Emma here.
So who is excited for Halloween? I know I am. Tomorrow I'm getting the stuff I need for my Misty costume after a Doctors Appointment, and I'm PRAYING that its not freezing cold like last year and that we get no snow like we had last night. ( I hate snow unless its December through March, not October or November.) Hopefully I'm going trick or treating with my best friend.
But enough of my rambling, here are my top three female disney characters. And the last picture is my Halloween dollie (:

1. Mulan
Okay Mulan is my favourite female in all the disney movies. She has to be the best example for not needing a man in your life and how females make good heros. I love her. heh. She would've been my medolls costume if I hadn't remembered last minute (today) and if I had enough stardollars left besides my measly 0. The lips are a bit off I guess but thats okay.

2. Princess Jasmine

She gets a hot homeless guy for a husband. I guess thats cool. hehe. Aladdin is my fourth favourite Disney flick. js

3. Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell is a hot chick. I don't understand why Peter Pan chose Wendy over her. And Tink is short and small like me. (although a bunch skinnier...) And she is just so adorable.

I forgot to make the lips pink but whatever (:

So this is my dollie and she is a alternative Tinkerbell, I love her. I've had dolls resembling this before, but never during the Halloween season. I think it is a cute outfit. the dress is tingling, the belt is from a tribute store. Tinkerbell wings are from last year or the year before and they were free :D and the white wings are from Otherworld.

i bet you could probably swap it out for the bat wings, it just wouldnt have the same effect.

Hey guys; back from the pumpkin patch! It was great, and then my parents friends wanted to go out to dinner. Anway, im here now, and have a ghost outfit!

 yikes! everything is cool exept for the dress from LE. i subtarcted the dress from the total, and it dropped down to:

jeez! it cuted the price down below half price of what it is with the dress! unfortunatly i couldnt find a good replacement, so hopefully in a couple weeks stardoll will release a new collection in tingeling for halloween?

Good morning everyone! I am going to the pumpkin patch today to get pumpkins to carve for halloween, so i thought i would see if i could find a good pumpkin costume. this might be a little pricey, you will have to layer some dresses to get the "round" effect.

ok, turns out i couldnt find the round effect, but if you can ever find something that would work, go for it!

orange gloves-rio chicas

platform ankle boots- bonjour bizou

after beach dress- wild candy

MSW orange hair color- doree in beauty

fudge orange pantyhose- fudge

renoir floral headband- museum mile in decor

its basically an orange outfit with some different shades.

OK, this was a good price, and if you are non SS, feel free to just go with the orange color under hair in your beauty parlor. I actually really like this color, its orange, but its a naturally beautiful orange. almost blonde. this outfit is a little pricey with starcoins, but not too bad.

Halloween costume ideas #6- Barefoot gypsy

Alright, this was what i was thinking of when i was doing the maid costume. I was in fallen angel shop, and saw this one piece "butterfly" outfit. for some reason i looked at it and thought of a gypsy costume i saw at a halloween store yesterday when searching for my costume. for you wondeful people out there that care, i found it. im a cat, but its got leopard print on it. its awesome. sorry, lost my train of thought. gypsy costume, comin right up.

Halloween costume ideas #4- Blushing Bride

OK guys, i was thinking about costume ideas looking through viole store and stumbled upon the wedding page. lightbulbb.....

bride dress- viole

rachel dress- viole (optional)

bridal hat with birdcage veil- viole

pretty reasonable, although the rachel dress im counting as optional since it doubles the price.

i also did a modern bridal outfit. take your pick of blushing brides this halloween.

kate wedding skirt- perfect day

kate wedding blouse- perfect day

kate bridal veil- perfect day

kate bouquet- perfect day

fairly reasonable, to be honest i was quite suprised that the skirt was starcoins. it does double the price in starcoins, but unfortunatly kate had to attend the wedding in a skirt.

and makeup for this is pretty basic, just volumizing mascara from dot lined with liquid eyeliner and two layers of cashmere rose blush from dot to give your bride a super blushing look. thats all for now.

Stewardess look on stardoll/ Halloween costume ideas #3

Hey guys, i was busy as ever thinking about what another good costume would be besides the princess, and i thought a stewardess would be a good choice. this can also be a sailor girl if you remove the jacket and maybe do some less pointy shoes, possibly add a cute cap? ok, thats enough chatter for now, heres the outfit. enjoy.

 ok, making up this outfit would be the

the price tag comes out to be....

a pretty good price in general for halloween costumes, but still a little pricey for what you get. i would probably not use the tiffany shoes again, the jacket maybe, and the dress possibly, mostly to look like a skirt like this costume. k, thats all for now.
